Koreans' hand gesture | What does it mean? | Korean celebrities in their photos

If you've seen the photos that Korean celebrities were taken, you might wonder the meaning of their hand gesture. 

We're talking about not only the celebrities, but many Korean people do the hand gesture like the following photos. 

They are shaping the heart using their fingers. It means

I'm sending my love to you.  This means Heart and Love. 

I feel like Koreans aren't very comfortable getting their photo taken.  I remember the time when my friends and I were talking about how awkward we are standing in front of a camera. Especially, I have no idea why my hands are acting so weird. 

Anyway for celebrities, they definitely wanna send out a message to their fans. They want to express their loving feelings.  I guess that's how this heart-shaped gesture was invented in early 2010s.
